Privacy & Resident Information
How resident information is handled within the Paradise Gardens community portal.
Information collected
The portal may collect account information, a Paradise Gardens property link, optional contact information, neighbor-sharing preferences, private messages, community posts/comments, service requests, and parking license plates when a household chooses to use the parking tool.
Private HOA roster profiles and profile claiming
The Association may preload owner/contact records from its existing private roster and attach them to the permanent property record for a Paradise Gardens home. A preloaded roster profile is not a login account and does not itself grant portal access. A person may claim a matching profile by verifying a private email or mobile number already associated with that profile, or may submit a name-based/manual claim for administrator review. Names alone do not automatically verify identity or activate access. Roster contact details remain private and are not published in the Neighbor Directory or Community Map.
Household resident and renter access
A Paradise Gardens home may have more than one linked account. An active household resident can invite another household resident/owner with full resident access, or invite a renter with intentionally limited access. Renter accounts may use shared tools such as Parking, Calendar, Community, Neighbor Directory, Community Map, Community FAQ, profile settings, and private Board messaging, but do not receive owner-only HOA Documents, Requests & Assistance, payment/account tools, or home-modification controls. A linked household resident can deactivate an account temporarily or remove it from the home when access should end.
Neighbor identity and Community participation
Accounts may read Community without joining the Neighbor Directory. Posting, commenting, or reacting requires the account's full name and linked Paradise Gardens home to appear in the private Neighbor Directory so public participation is attributable to a real household member. After an account has posted or commented publicly, that Directory identity remains enabled while the account remains authorized. Community Map sharing, email address, and phone number remain optional.
Neighbor Directory and Community Map
The linked Paradise Gardens home is part of the account itself, not a separate contact-detail toggle. If a member joins the Neighbor Directory, the Directory shows that member's name together with the linked home address. Community Map participation is separate and optional. Email and phone sharing are also optional. All 143 property pins may remain visible on the private map even when no resident profile is attached to a pin.
Parking information
Households may optionally register license plates to administer parking. Parking records are linked to the Paradise Gardens property, not published as resident profile information. License plates are not displayed in the Neighbor Directory or Community Map. Authorized parking-enforcement accounts may enter an observed plate and see only its parking-authorization status; the enforcement workspace does not expose resident names, contact details, Community content, Requests, payments, or homeowner documents. Enforcement observations record the plate, time, staff account, and authorization result so parking rules can be administered. The portal does not require a driver name, vehicle make/model, or similar personal details for parking. Historical household parking activity stores only a masked plate reference after an authorization is changed or ended.
Private messages and requests
Private Board messages and homeowner Requests are not visible to other residents. Renter accounts use the private Board-message channel rather than the owner-only Requests system.
External services
ClickPay, Affinity Management Services, and Tenant Evaluation are external services with their own privacy and security practices. This portal links to those services but does not process their payments, HOA account data, modification submissions, or rental-application data.
